Our outreach programmes are designed to connect with partner organisations in our local community and beyond so we can work together to increase the scope of our work.

Each of our partner organisations is unique in their desired outcomes. We work with schools, care homes and organisations to create bespoke programmes that suit the needs of those taking part. We can also tailor outcome measurement tools that demonstrate the attainment of these outcomes to funders and interested parties.

As a community interest company, we are able to apply for grant funding to assist with the costs of these programmes and we are proud to work alongside a range of grant funding bodies to support our outreach work.
