Our programs improve confidence and mental health

Many of our clients attend 1 day a week, some 2 or 3. It is important that individuals can attend at least once a week.

Our programmes are designed to be developmental so the clients can take their skills onto new projects or work opportunities. Attendance is for a maximum of 2 years

  • Skills For Independence

Independence of thought and action is supported through our Skills for Independence programme.

We believe that learning and practising new skills give people further opportunities to care for themselves, the land and each other as well as supporting self-determination, respect and equality.

  • Skills For A Working Life

For individuals who are looking to enter the workplace – in either a voluntary or paid role – we have developed our Skills For a Working Life programme.

This programme is designed to provide opportunities for individuals to develop their work skills and prepare them for a real working environment

  • Healthy Living

Our environment and activities naturally lend themselves to increased physical and mental wellbeing.

This programme really brings these skills to the fore; whether it is cooking and eating fresh produce, enjoying physical work or learning how to support our mental health through practical and meaningful activities.
